Grand Company leve quest, please adjust it. thanks.

I can complete any grand company leve quest in much less than 2 minutes, if not less than 45 seconds except one specific type:

"Defeat as many possible enemies within the time limit."

This leve is quite a nuisance.

1. It takes the full 5 minutes to complete it. I am not given the option to kill the enemies to meet the minimum quota and then turn it in bypassing the 5 minute time limit.

2. Killing an insane amount of enemies with my 7th sub job which is i94 bard, or even doing them as my 5th and 6th sub job i100 DRG or i100 MNK or my 8th and 9th sub job i93 BLM, i93 SMN, it doesnt matter, I can kill over 7 enemies of each kind in 5 minutes and the bonus for killing this many isnt any better than finishing another leve in 45 seconds.

Request:

1. Please allow us to bypass the 5 minute timer by killing just the minimum.

or

2. Please grant a full double (a total of 600+ seals) for killing more than 5 enemies in the time limit.

I dont see why this leve -needs- to make you wait 5 minutes if there is no real bonus for killing a mass amount of enemies.

It's funny you bring this up, I was just thinking the same thing.

When trying to grind for Grand Company Seals the forced 5 minutes really impedes on my "workflow".

I agree with the possible implementation of an option to report back to the Grand Company leve giver after the minimum requirements has been satisfied.

Well if you start with something like this, where do you end? There are many different leves that take longer to fulfill than others. For DOL there are harvest quests where you only need 40 items (use your 500 CP spell to speed it up significantly), there are leve quests where you have to harvest only four nodes and then, you have leve quests, where you have to harvest eight nodes. Those take twice as long compared to the others but I do not see much sense in changing them so they all work the same. I see your point but I see many other details SE should rather worry about than having a few leves that take longer than others without extra reward.

My recommendation is to just not do those levequests. You will probably lose less time just going back to the sanctuary to get a new levequest than actually completing it. Complete it once to get the nice checkmark and then ignore it. I don't believe a single zone will have more than one, so it's not like you'll go to get 2 and BOTH will be this type.
