I am trying to update my method of payment and I keep getting errors 401 or 601. I don't even know what the errors mean. The bank information matches with my account information on Square Enix. Even in fact I have used previous credit card I used to have set up to auto pay. It's a problem that has existed for over a year (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...de-401-and-601) and SE has seemed to ignore it. I have a day left on my sub, and since UltimatePay does not work any more I am unable to pay the sub fee as many players complaining on that thread. Where there has been no official reply on since the thread has been created and the problem has continued to exist for over a year. I had emailed the support and tried to contact live support but no luck, have not even gotten back a reply from support. I know SE support is horrible which needs fixing itself. SE please fix this, you are the only company that seems to not want to take money. Making a payment should be a breeze and a smooth transaction. You guys always seem to complicate things, was like this in 1.0.
