complains about complains because they complain. Not because some people disagree with you or the OP that it means they agree with everything SE pours out for them. It's just that some people can see the benefits of some changes and limitations while others like you and the OP just look at the bad side of something you have no idea how they plan it to be and just cry about it that it cuts their freedom of play instead. Some also see the bad sides of it and comes with contructive ideas which is a lot more useful to the dev than your whining.
here we go again.
I think there was a post regarding this and I wish I could remember where it was but I think it was a sad pathetic no.
I have said that before and its something i would be perfectly fine with, but got lost between all the BS.Just playing devil's advocate here but if they are so self-sufficient, don't you think they could manage to have 6 members with each a different mastery? I don't think it's too hard to achieve seriously even for small linkshells.
And yes, if they put some sort of mastery specialization, it should come with an option to unmaster through a quest or at a cost so that you can change mastery and not have to reroll.
I think they already decided they were going to be side line classes to support the DoW/DoM. Don't think they will go scratch it all over again now. I honestly don't see any way they could let DoH/DoL be part of the main storyline without making the fights boring. unless they give attacks to them which them makes them DoW with benefits od being able to make gils through crafts which is not well balanced.
You do not know what th "limit" will be. You guess is as good as mine.
If i can not "guess" nither can you.
And like I said before, I will not rage and sulk but I do like voicing my thoughts on the subject.I think they already decided they were going to be side line classes to support the DoW/DoM. Don't think they will go scratch it all over again now. I honestly don't see any way they could let DoH/DoL be part of the main storyline without making the fights boring. unless they give attacks to them which them makes them DoW with benefits od being able to make gils through crafts which is not well balanced.![]()
Easily.I think they already decided they were going to be side line classes to support the DoW/DoM. Don't think they will go scratch it all over again now. Diferent goals or ways to finish a quest based on your class.
By example, a crafter would have to repair somethin before time runs out, a miner would have to make a hole as a trap so the enemy forces fall in, a wood cuter would have to cut a tree to obstruct the enemy from advancing.
Even could add all that + DOW/DOM into the same battle and make it a party quest/mission.Were the mission fails if everyone does not complete his objectives.
" requires DOW-DOM-DOH-DOL " to complete.

using logic and critical thinking skills, limiting how much you can level the class is the least likely choice. Yes, my statement is a "guess," but it is a well thought out "guess" and I'm not freaking out and going on a rampage based on speculation...unlike you.
Healer strike is ridiculously foolish and accomplishes nothing
What was said in the thread title and in the OP and what was actually said in the interview are completely different. In the interview, they said nothing about restricting you from leveling all crafting classes, they said they were considering allowing you "master" one craft, the details we know nothing about.
The results of this "poll" mean nothing, and should be taken with a grain of salt, as do most player created forum "polls".
PS: The link in the OP doesn't even link directly to the interview and what was said.
