    I NEEEEED this item restored. There is no option not to.

    It is a key item for my story quest that glitched when I turned it in. Somehow I still have the quest. The objective never fulfilled when it was turned in so I need the item again so I can continue with the main scenario. the item is a glass of Aqua del Sol. I made threse requests a week ago and I am just now receiving a reply. I have managed to achieve lvl50 from lvl 30 in the time it took them to reply and I dont know what to do anymore.

    Sounds like an issue you may want to post in the bug reports. If it cannot be restored, perhaps the developers (who check the bug report forums) can fix it?

    At the same time, it could be something you're missing in the quest and just over looked it. I'd talk to people on the same quest

    Or can try abandoning the quest and do it again from the begining

    I love the official forums, they tell you to use the search for thread about what you wanted to talk but when you use it they judge for necro a thread.

    Me and my gf were doing storyline together she did same thing I did. Somehow it bugged when I tried to turn mine in. I'm going to make small video showing whats wrong.

    Oh the quest is completed already, that might be a problem then. Bug section is your best bet
