Unable to complete Version Check.

So Before I was getting a different error, that I found out was a random program blocking the launcher from checking at the first check, when you first open it. I reinstalled windows and redownloaded a fresh copy and got past that, now I get a different error when attempting to log in to the launcher, another version check, but different code. The code is as follows: [30410][30607][20457][404]
I called tech support and the representative was a massive help, but we weren't able to figure out the problem in the end. I've done a clean boot, forwarded the ports that the patcher uses to check, disabled my firewall and haven't installed an AV yet. We completely exhausted all options and couldn't figure it out. Is there anyone who has suffered this issue and fixed it? If so, what did you do? Also if I could get a dev to shine in on this, I'd really appreciate it. If I cannot get the issue resolved, I think I'm going to go for a refund if I can, considering I bought the collectors edition and I've barely even played.

Just figured I'd offer an update, here's a screenhot of the launcher. First login produces this error, if I attempt to login again it drops the last 2 error code brackets. http://puu.sh/buVL8/2afeecd46c.png

Getting the same thing, was able to play right after this last maintenance though so I wouldn't think its a problem with the updater. I've been using Steam so I'm wondering if thats the case for me. Rebooting the game right now so maybe I'll have an update after all the patches are downloaded again... gonna take a while though

**Update - downloaded and updated outside of steam client. Worked! at least at first. This might be the problem but after an hour and logging back off I'm having the same issue. However, my router is starting to be problematic so my issues may lay in the connection from router to isp or compter to router now. Going to start some tracerts and pings to see if I have a problem there.

Does it say unable to complete version check or unable to patch files? There's a huge difference between the two

Same error. Can anybody share the patched "boot" directory? I heard it temporarily solve the problem. Excuse my bad English, I read and I understand but I have a problem with grammar. So I use a translator.

Mine is definitely the "unable to update patch files" since this maintenance.

restarted PC and it went through. No idea what the problem was.

Process was possibly still running, causing the files needing to be updated to be locked and not able to be written over/to.
