That's BS. I don't even see leveling more than one fighting class as "Content". People like that annoy me for some reason. You don't have to level them all to experience the full game as you can do everything with just one class. You know what's funny. People with only 4 classes to 50 who say their bored and have nothing to do. I mean.. are you even going to attempt to unlock any crafting.. ever? I'm not going to press the issue anymore.. You've explored what, 20% of the games full potential.. All I can say is, this game is just not for you.
Actually, that coulden't be more incorrect.
The combat in the game is completely different approaching it as a Melee DPS, a Ranged DPS, a Tank, or a healer.
Warrior as a Tank is different in feel and execution than Paladin.
Same could be said for Dragoon and Monk, or Black Mage and Summoner ,etc.
Leveling up another class is content, just in the different way you play with it. That's why it's so highly encouraged to play a wide variety: You may find a playstyle you enjoy more, or fond that you enjoy the game more mixing it up.
This is ignoring the class and Job storylines that coincide with them as well. So no, you can't do all content on one class.
I hate these types of posts and it's rude to post his loadstone and pointing out junk as if we can't look ourselves. If this game was made "You have to be everything to enjoy it." Then that's a bad design. You know what's funny. People with only 4 classes to 50 who say their bored and have nothing to do. I mean.. are you even going to attempt to unlock any crafting.. ever? I always felt like they did it because it was easier to maintain, all in one things...not that we HAD to play everything, but the option is easily there for a switch.
Some people simply do not like to play or do other jobs there is nothing wrong with that. If it doesn't fancy them...then it doesn't.
My only advice is to wait for a new patch.

I guess we just have a different definition of content then. Because playing through the SAME things over and over with different classes is certainly not content to me.Actually, that coulden't be more incorrect.

It not a terrible thing to get bored with a game and move on to something for a bit. A lot of people burn themselves out with MMOS by over playing them. Play something else for a bit and come back. It doesn't mean the game is terrible, just means it cannot have unlimited content to appeal to everyone. No game can.
it's the same whenever we reach the end of a patch really.
Log in tuesday, do coil 6-9
Rest of the days: daily roulette (if you need soldiery stones) and ixali quests
Then you can "fill" with stuff if you want to but in terms of gear progression that's pretty much it
need to wait next patch, that gives more time to do more stuff out of the game =)

OP: What have SE ever done for us?
WAR: Treasure Hunts
OP: Oh yeah, yeah they gave us that. Yeah. That's true.
WHM: And Frontlines!
BLM: Oh yes... Frontlines, OP, you remember what PVP used to be like.
OP: All right, I'll grant you that the Treasure Hunts and Frontlines are two things that SE have done...
DRG: And the Labyrinth of the Ancients...
OP: (sharply) Well yes obviously the Labyrinth of the Ancients... the Labyrinth of the Ancients goes without saying. But apart from the Treasure Hunts, Frontlines and the Labyrinth of the Ancients...
MNK: Crafting
Assorted NPCs: Gathering... Desynthesis... Gardening...
OP: Yes... all right, fair enough...
SCH: And Levequests...
SMN: Oh yes! True!
PLD: Yeah. That's something we'd really miss if SE left, OP.
BRD: Chocobo Training!
GSM: And we don't receive RMT tells all the time now.
LTW: Yes, they certainly know how to keep the RMT spam down... (general nodding)... let's face it, they're the only ones who could in a game like this.
(more general murmurs of agreement)
OP: All right... all right... but apart from Treasure Hunts and Frontlines and The Labyrinth of the Ancients and Gathering and Desynthesis and Gardening and Levequests and Chocobo Raising and keeping the RMT down... what have SE done for us?
WAR: Hunts!
OP: (very angry, he's not having a good thread at all) What!? Oh... (scornfully) Hunts, yes... shut up!

What I am saying is the class itself is content, and in doing so breaths new life into content you've already visited.
Mastered tanking Titan Ex? Try doing it as a healer.
Finding front-line too frustrating on Dragoon? Try Bard.
Broadening your perspectives in such a way broadens the ways you can enjoy things such as raids and whatnot. As someone previously stated, you get what you put into this game, as with many others. And sometimes, it's not the content you are doing, but how you are doing it, that ends up being what burns you out.
If I do dungeons or primals, I do it for two reason. First - to clear the content. Second to get the loot or whatever reward there is to get. What's the point in doing it as another class? What I am saying is the class itself is content, and in doing so breaths new life into content you've already visited.

I'm far from burned out, there are still many things I enjoy doing in the game. But honestly, I'd rather quit than go through it all again just for the sake of doing it on another class.
