Well lets see here. You have 3 battle classes that are not 50. None of your DoL are 50 and you have not even touched DoH.

Your minion collection is a little sparce. It seems like there are plenty of things left to do.

Not only that, but they can be profitable. As you are leveling your gatheirng or crafting classes, you can spirit bond lower level materia that is still in high demand, you can run pre-endgame dungeons in crafted gear to hunt for minions and the chance to convert into one of those extreamly valuable Savage Aim IV or Savage Might IV materia. You can play the market, buy items when they fall below market norms and relist them at a higher price. You can try to collect the extream mounts, you can can work on upgrading your relic weapons or finding a cool combination of gear to glamour. You can play in Frontlines or simply aim for a difficult achievement. There are lots of things to do.

You need to ask yourself what you want out of the game. If you are satisfied with just dailies, roulettes, and coil, then you are doing all you can. But if you want more variety, try new things.

The crafting system is unusual, yes, but it is not necessary to level all crafts. You can level one or two and make loads of gil on low and mid level HQ gear. The return-per-hour on the mid level gear can sometimes be more than the i70 or i90 gear. If you level your DoH first you can gather all your own materials which will make the items you creat 100% profit.
