Would it be possible in the next patch to make it so that ST gear can be upgraded to i110 with a Sand of Time?

This would give us more gear choices at i110 level, as well as encourage people to still do ST after patch 2.4.

I apologise if this idea has already been put forward or if this is in the wrong forum.
