Simple solution is more tank and healers roles need to be added, not free rides with exp to classes that are not being played...

Tanks: WAR & PLD

Healers: SCH & WHM

DPS: SMN, MNK, DRG, BLM, BRD & soon to be NIN/NJA

They should add at least two more Tanks & Healers before anymore DPS roles...
