Perfect Tank/Healer Shortage solution

So here waiting 20 min for a healer to queue for a dungeon... the tank and dps have been here waiting for 20 min for one to pop into queue.

Shame i have a healer... and a tank.

Allow players that have level 50 healers or tanks to queue as a healer or tank but apply the experience gained to a DPS class. *gasp* Thats it..

Don't give me the crap that they aren't learning to play their class. Its not a hard concept to hit different buttons to deal damage.

You would never have shortages again and pretty much everyone would create a healer or tank so they would not have to sit for hours in a queue.

PROBLEM SOLVED.

I wouldn't mind if the exp went into the rested bar, then at least the exp isn't wasted and lvling other classes is a little easier.

but you should always have to play the class to lvl it. Nothing to do with "learning the job" (theres enough derpy people around in coil2 gear to prove you only need the smallest of clues).

This idea is horrible, sorry.

I could simply level all my classes by playing the healer all the time? What's the point at that? And most people don't play DPS only cuz they're leveling it and yes because they like. You see the same thing in lv. 50 instances so it changes nothing.

The EXP to the other class would only happens in dungeons and guildhiests to cut down the wait time for all the DPS in queue. Not general leveling or fates.

And even if they did level all their classes playing a healer or tank in dungeons at least they are helping with queues. Learning to DPS is not that hard there are guides and well its not hard to figure out quite frankly.. bad is always gonna be bad.

Or maybe how about unlock the Conversion say for 30+ when it gets much much harder to find high level tanks and heals for the higher leves and dungeons. I dont understand why it will take 4 high level people and put them in a level 16 dungeon.

The point of this solution is to cut down queue times for Guild leves and dungeons... not to ensure people know how to play their class that can be screwed up by anyone

Just give the class in need some allied seals and you will see a flood of tanks coming up

That isn't a bad idea but they would all flood in get what they need then leave forever. Unless it was a miniscule amount for the time compared to hunting.

Thing is sometimes the class in need is set to tank even though i was waiting for a healer to join for 20 min

Dude, spamming multiple forums with the same post is bad form.

As stated, this is a horrible idea. People need practice for classes, otherwise we should just give them instant 50's.

Also, there are an overadbundance of tank bots. You are proposing something to make RMT people even more prevalent.

If you have an issue with long queues, do other things. there are plenty of other exp gaining actions, that don't require queuing.
