Not much info at all is so harsh!!! might be more than 800k? is it like fc housing or not? the plan is to have gardens, but it is delayed? all I want is my own space to garden, that is what I want most of all, a flower pot in my room, a garden space with personal house, a separate area for people to rent out with just garden plots all over the place, something, anything for just myself would be awesome, thanks!!!

They're not from military families. The military in the US is one of the only organizations here that uses the 24 hour standard, teaching you it and reminding you to be at a location at 1600 hours.

Well, UTC were made for a reason. Let's use it so we can stop read multiple announcements with just the timing translated to local times.
As today, UTC is something any kid 13+ is able to understand and use.

becaue 3PM is 15:00

using HH:MM is 00:00 to 23:59

12h (H:MM am/pm) or 24h HH:MM both are understable fairly easy
