    Although I appreciate what you are trying to say here, it almost seems self contradicting. You use the term "consume" to support how it can be "reasoned" yet you do not explain your reasoning as to why spells won't consume it, or at least you do not explain your logic behind that "assumption.

    By no means am I saying you are right or wrong, I am just saying you are in need to explain how you came to determine that spells will not consume the buff or benefite from those abilities.

    She's saying that abilities like Quelling Strike and Raging Strike don't disappear after casting a spell, as they do when using Light Shot or a weaponskill. If they aren't disappearing after using the spell, then the ability obviously didn't affect the spell's damage or enmity.
