Novus Vs the Un-Weathered Weapons...what gives?

Since you can easily attain Accuracy cap with only armor and accessories while focusing on another primary stat, any weapon with a lot of accuracy has a fair chance to be far from optimal.
And DPS wise, skill speed boost is pretty low compared to Crit or Deter.

It's still minimal, again, 5% at best.

The difference between the two, DPS wise, is 6%

Would you skip high-allagan weapon ?

Thing is High Allagan is i115, so it has a Weapon/Magic Damage and Primary Stat bump, which outweigh ANY sub stat combination they may have in comparison to an i110 weapon.
