Returning player, looking for LS/Static

I'm looking for a friendly LS and/or group of players who want to party regularly and do some leves together. My lancer is only R37 and I have a Marauder at R22. The rest in the single digits. I'm a US, EST player, and mostly active during the afternoon/evenings. I wouldn't mind starting over on another class just as long as we can get a regular schedule going

I have no shell and no one to talk to/play with, so I would really appreciate making some new friends and level up together. Feel free to /friend me as well to all new and returning players, my name is Arduous Soul.

Also, we have alot of EST people on and our PST people (me) then to play during the same time. I also had a static going but it's now defunct because people couldn't stay regular. Would like to start another up again around 25, preferably Toto Rak runs for SP.
