Would like to start a new end-game progression team

The run time we are looking at will be weekdays 7 CST for SCoB. Days based on the teams IRL needs.

Currently the team consists of:

1. BLM/SMN
2. SCH/WHM

We're looking to form a reliable static from scratch. Doesn't matter which FC you're in or how much SCoB experience you have.

Our requirements:

a. You're capable of learning and taking/giving constructive advice,
b. Have completed T5 and Leviathan EX
c. Can progress through the stages within a timely manner (meaning, I do not want to spend an hour trying to learn/teach Phase 1 of T6)
d. Must have Skype
e. ilvl 95+ with the required Accuracy for up to T8 (with or without food)
f. Be mature. Sense of humor preferred. No asshats

Current openings:

1. PLD/WAR
2. WAR/PLD
3. WHM/SCH
4. BRD
5. Melee DPS
6. Any DPS

A few notes that did not fit within the 1k character limit:

We may take you through "trial" runs via earlier content (T5/Leviathan ). This will to to see if you fit our needs and vise-versa. Please, no hard feelings if it doesn't work out.

Loot Rules - Members will have rolling priority on the main class they are playing as in the static. If the item is not needed, it is a greed FFA to those who have that item’s class at level 50. Oils, Tomestone, Sands, etc are FFA.

PLEASE NOTE: I understand that IRL happens. It happens to me too. That’s okay. I don't expect this game and this static to be your life. If you are not going to make it to a run, or are going to be late to one, however, it is your responsibility to let someone else in the static know. Replacement could happen if excessive missed events are causing you to hold the team back.
