Repairing game files?

Over the last few weeks, i've had a few issues with loading into areas, specifically Turn 9 and coerthas. In coerthas, i drop enough frames that the game freezes up and throws an error 'Game has encountered an unexpected error' and exits out completely. Turn 9 has had issues with loading the floor textures, and sometimes all i see is grass without the design imprinted onto it(makes it hard to judge meteor distances + heavensfall). Is there an easy way to repair game files wihtout re-downloading the entirety of the game?
