I'm sure everyone is aware that healing stacking is extremely effective and often quite annoying. Even though it's beatable with high level coordination, if there is say 8 healers (which I've seen) in one party it'll take a ridiculous amount to build an LB2 to wipe them (which can be nullified by Attunement).

I propose an idea that will keep healing effectiveness as if there is only 2 healers without nerfing the jobs.

0 Healer.......... 20% Damage Received Reduction for the Party.
1 Healer.......... 25%-100% (discretion of devs because of possibly OP Adlos) Healing increase to the solo healer.
2 Healers........ No Buff or Nerf Given
3 Healers........ 33.3% Healing Reduction to ALL Healers in the Party, leaving each healer at a 66.6% Healing Effectiveness.
4 Healers........ 50% Healing Reduction; Healing Effectiveness 50% each.
5 Healers........ 60% Healing Reduction; Healing Effectiveness 40% each.
6 Healers........ 66.6% Healing Reduction; Healing Effectiveness 33.3% each.
7 Healers........ 71.4% Healing Reduction; Healing Effectiveness 28.6% each.
8 Healers........ 75% Healing Reduction; Healing Effectiveness 25% each.

*Healing Effectiveness could also effect Lustrate and Benediction if for some reason they become Op with too many healers.
**These %'s are based off the assumption of 2 healers being equivalent to 200% Healing Effectiveness
***Damage Received Reduction is to help compensate for the parties who simply do not have a healer.

As a Veteran PvPer I don't have any issues with the current state of PvP, however I understand that healer stacking can allow a party to hold a flag indefinitely.

What are everyone's opinion on this proposal?
