2.38 BIS for HA/Nexus Melee.

I made this back when the Ramuh rings were confirmed to be upgraded to i110.
Things to note:
* Even with ACC food base DET will still be higher than the other builds using DET food.
* 513+ ACC is not needed for anything except T9, 491 is not needed past T8. These sets require very little gear-swapping, anything below T8 you can use DET food (For MNK, you can hit the DET cap for Risotto).
* For T8 (491 ACC), you can use Apkallu Omelettes to hit the cap for MNK. DRG can use Buttons in a Blanket to hit 490 ACC, swap out the HA belt for the Astrum here if you want to have the extra 1 ACC.
* For T9 (513 ACC from frontal), you can use Lava Toad Legs or Steamed Catfish (4 extra VIT, lol) on both DRG and MNK. MNK will need to switch to HA belt for this turn if you want to meet the frontal ACC cap.
* Both sets use the Ramuh ring and replaces the (shitty) HA one.
