Phial of Fantasia - Maximum Allotment Reached

Let me begin by saying that I am embarrassed for even being in this situation, especially because I was one of the ones saying "Who would ever use 9 Fantasias?!"

Well, I did. And now I'm stuck looking like something I don't want to look like.

The GMs won't allow me to use item recovery to get one back, and SE support won't allow me to purchase more.

SE Support (btw, I was on hold for 2 hours) said there's no way to allow me to purchase more (which makes ZERO sense - essentially it should involve resetting a counter that shows how many I previously bought) and that I should contact an GM for item recovery.

The GMs say that they will not invoke item recovery for Fantasias. Oh, and what joy - they said I should purchase more Fantasias under Optional Services in the Mog Station, or contact SE Support....


So I'm going in circles and getting nowhere. Can you just take my money and let me buy some more potions? Or just one? I can't stand the way I look and I want to go back! *Scratches furiously & tries to hide crackhead lips*

The way the purchase works atm just means they can't reset it for you. It would be the same as voiding a sale without getting the product returned. That would look nice in the bookkeeping. GMs have a guideline of not recovering fantasias so easily anymore, because they can be purchased. You just have used them all.

The current method is a temporary measure anyway, until SE can set up a system where you can buy fantasias for an individual character and not the whole service account. Why does this take so long? Because the billing system is integrated into the service account system only, it isn't something Yoshi-P's team can fix alone.

So if you have all of this information so readily available, why are the GMs and the Support team directing me to each other?

They are directly answering your question, and then giving another option to get more help if that doesnt work for you.

Support: Saying no, directing to GM (who could recover if there was a mistake with one being used)
GM: Saying no, directing to Support (because GM cant cover every possible reason for not being able to get more)

People were warned -way- before they were put in that there would be no way to get more after buying all of them, until an alternate method was put in.

Gotta suck it up and remake your character or stick with what you got. I decided to remake after using all my phantasias. A lot of work lost that I'm just now catching up to. Took me about a month.

That leads me to the 2nd flaw, after the meaningless 9 potion limit, you also are forced to remove all clothing while remaking your character, so guess what? I can't tell if the clothes that I want to wear will look nice or ugly.

I also have no idea of knowing that the Miqote tail would present itself as a phallus statue coming out of my back while wearing the Soldiery caster chest.

So I'm not the only one. Well, I mean I'm almost there. I think each character only has one phial each and I'm terrified to use it. I hope they somehow make them purchase-able on a more frequent state at some point. I'm worried that this isn't the case and it's been on their back burner for the time being.

Sorry couldn't resist. On a more serious note has there been anyword on when se fould expect this? I'm happy with how my elf turned out (minus the screw up on bust slider) but id like one potion for whatever yugiri is and one for going back to moon kitty.

There are many miqo'te males there wearing the solid gear.
