If you think for a while (if that's possible) having this feature locks people out of content, not having this feature doesn't lock anyone out of content. So by catering to the specific group of people who likes to play only ONE job, the people who likes to play MANY jobs should get shafted?
Discrimination much there?
We should just go the whole mile and making "job-switching" dungeons include crafting, mining. I would love to hear the bitching.
Roulette should match up people with a whole range of jobs necessary to clear the said dungeon.

You're calling the second one as discrimination.
