I think the simple solution to this is not allowing total job swaps but just let us pull cross class skills from more classes. Some classes available cross class skills are woeful. If your going to let PLD pull from WHM, at least let cure work... put Piety/MND on PLD gear and not just lump it in with warrior gear... I digress, but I think I made my point
