There isn't much payment method for site subscription, I suggest to use game card if you're not legacy member or entry subscription, less hassle.
And yes, you get veteran reward using game card.
Yes, you get veteran rewards regardless of your method of payment.
Which is better is mostly personal preference, unless you know you want to subscribe for a long time and have the money up front to do so. Subscriptions offer discounts for bigger chunks of time ($1/month for 90 days, $2/month for 180), so they're cheaper in the long run. If you don't know how long you want to commit, or you don't want to have a recurring subscription to worry about, time cards might be the better choice.
I'm not sure how either option interacts with entry accounts, though.
10 posts per page is only the default setting; it is bad, and you should feel bad if you haven't changed it.

If you pay by time cards and you will want additional retainer service you still will need subscription for them. If you got normal subscription retainer fee just adds to it.
i get game cards just ezer for me as when i have the money i can get my card and i try to do it befor my time is up,
and i pay with my credit card for extra retaners as thats only $4 and if $4 brakes the bank i shouldnt be playing this game lol
