I've had a busy day at the Support Desk screen. 5 RMT spammer/friend-listers and two different bugs that are affecting my game play. The problem is that SE's response to these all say "Regarding your inquiry".

Which inquiry?

Ok, you do have a standard response to RMT letters, I get that. But here is what you say when someone needs to talk to a GM:

"Hello and thank you for your GM call.

The initial support request that was submitted about this matter has entered our queue, and it will be addressed by a GM as soon as possible. As we have received multiple requests for assistance with this concern, we will only be able to address the initial call. Should you have additional concerns in the future, please visit the FINAL FANTASY XIV section of our support site at http://support.na.square-enix.com to search our Q&A Knowledge Base, and feel free to submit an in-game call via /supportdesk if you're unable to find a solution.

Thank you for your patience, and best wishes to you.
FINAL FANTASY XIV Game Master Team"

If I had not gotten a response about the RMT notices, I might have closed the issues that I really really REALLY need to talk to a GM about, because your response to my inquiry SAYS NOTHING ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE RESPONDING TO!

Suggestion:
Can you echo back the title of the inquiry we made?

For example, instead of the title of your response being
Regarding your Inquiry
it could be
Regarding your Inquiry: "I've beat Ifrit 5 times now and I still haven't got credit!"
See what I mean?
