    keen flurry or fury idk

    So will this lancer skill be broken on a PLD or WAR. PLD Aalready can block. Why cat war use this?

    It's not a matter of balance. PLD even gets Bulwark which is nearly the same deal (slightly better cuz block rate can be manipulated with shields and triggers Shield Swipe). Neither of the tanks pull from Lancer. Which is whatever. Tanks don't really need Keen Flurry.
