Steps:
1. Enter the game with a male Miqo'te that has unlocked access to the Aesthetician and currently possesses at least 2,000 gil.
2. Summon the Aesthetician via the Crystal Bell at the inn.
3. Change the character's hairstyle to the first Aesthetician-specific special hairstyle (At the time of this writing, third from last on the list. See screenshot below).
4. Ensure that no head-covering equipment is currently visible.
5. Exit the inn and activate the general action "Sprint" to increase the character's run speed and trigger a unique running animation.
6. While Sprint is still in effect, move the character in any direction while viewing the side of the character's head.

Result:
The character's hair clips heavily into his own neck while sprinting.


Notes:
- This bug also occurs with a number of emotes (Observed so far: /dance, /laugh, /examineself). However, the sprinting animation is of significantly higher priority, given that it is a "bread and butter" skill of every class in the game, and that its repetitive nature makes this issue much, much more noticeable.
- This bug may occur with other male races (I can't personally test any other races at this time, but the hairstyle in question appears to be available for them).


Though this is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, it is most unfitting of a beauty reborn. In the immortal words of Jandelaine, who surely must have been a QA tester in a past life:

"As I live, this unspeakable embodiment of ugliness must die. Begone, foul demon!"
