Ogre Down. Next?

We downed the Ogre today in the r45 Dungeon. Not too bad after several trial and error runs. I tanked him against a wall in the inner middle of the room.

Anyone else tank from a different spot? Stationary tank or moving?

Anyone have any strats or tips for the final boss?

Was fun to finally drop him. Big room after had me a bit confused though. Definitely don't need an "army" of ARCs or CONs. It just happened to be what was available at the time. Our THM and one of the ARC were both below R45 I think.

I know what next is!

- Next is doing it with an actual party setup without a bunch of cheese ranged and healers
- Next is farming it, because it's not hard at all now that there are 100 videos of people killing it even without corn tactics
- Next is filling out your 200 man ls with gear that they can't utilize anyway
- Next is maybe not bragging about something that is so simple YOU can do it
- Next is finding someone who cares

and finally, here's my personal favorite:

And if you went in as a 50 on another job and switched to THM and ARC to beat the boss, you are just plain pathetic.

Who cares? You are bragging about something everyone's done. My tip to you is to not suck and keep your mouth shut so you're not a target for people who hate ignorant fools.

The intent of this thread was to gather information to possibly make it easier in the future. That's pretty normal to do on forums right?

The amazing Raze Sharp of the Fabul Server has decided that you are all cheese ranged and healers, for beating the ogre with apparently cheese ranged and healers tactics.

Also, He has decided that you can not post threads asking for tips and talking with others about how they beat the ogre. Because if you do, you are clearly bragging. If you have made a video of your group beating anything and posted it, you are also clearly bragging.

We can learn something from this truly amazing and insightful player.


I'll post this on general forums for you Raze. We have to let everyone know how amazing you clearly are, and not to ever post anything about new content and asking for information.
