People have been banned for naming and shaming, I think SE sees it as harassment which is against the ToS of the forums.

Is there a GM post or a forum thread somewhere stating this specifically, this is what I want to do know, where is the ToS of the forums located then?

And the fun last point Taking any other actions that are deemed inappropriate by Square Enix in our sole discretion.

Basically naming and shaming is creating a negative impact on that player (with or without actual evidence) and if SE decides it's inappropriate that can and will take action.
