As others have said, you should caster lb3 the 1st ghost. Before my static got a smn i used to do it as blm. Toss a hardcasted flare>convert>sc flare>transpose>lb. If you still can't push one ghost then your group is probably doing to much extra dmg to the first one. With three ranged it should be really easy to lighten up the dmg to ghost and just switch back to it if it somehow lives through lb.

If your group is dying too much in the last phase, just try to remind everyone that there isn't a dps check after ghost. Technically there's the hard enrage, but that takes forever. Once you start downing consistently then you can afford to go into the "rawr im gonna maximize" mentality, but it's 1000000 times more important to nail the mechanics.
