Can't log on my main

The game crashed with me as I tele in north shroud, try to log back on and it just keep crashing when I try to log onto my main character, I'm still able to log on any other character but my main this happens on both PC and PS4.

If it keeps doing this it's probably something server side (as the issue is on both formats), you would have to contact support if that's the case.

This happened to me once on my ps3. I had to delete the my character save info off of my ps3. I lost gear sets, hotbars, etc. But since you cant log in on pc either I'd contact support.

Some poor guy in my FC got DC'd during Titan EX and has been stuck in there for almost a month, can't log back in.
He's contacted SE but...well he's still in there. He's not the only one either, I've heard of this happening to several people in the past month.

Probably not related to your problem, but there seems to be a lot more situations like this recently. I hope SE gets them worked out :/
