It's not just him. He'll call in friends, his FC members, and then strangers who don't even know what's going on will join in. He can find me using Player Search. Most of the time I do ignore him and I blacklisted him a long time ago. In my opinion you should only get 4 warnings from a GM. "Stop doing that." "If you don't stop, I'll temp ban you." Temp ban. "If you don't stop, I'll perm ban you." Perm ban. It's that simple. This is, of course, assuming the plaintiff has evidence to support their complaint. I've played other MMOs and the GMs were usually no-tolerance on bullying and harassment to the point that I very rarely, if ever, saw it happen.

But it seems that SE has a history of giving less that zero shits about customer service. Makes me wish I could just go make another game that has all the same features as FF14 so I can play it and not have to put up with a terrible company.

Most of the time they will tell you to use the black list and that is what you should do if someone is bothering you.

What exactly did you do to piss this guy off? I can't imagine a random player would just chose to harass you for weeks on end for no given reason. Especially if you've blacklisted him and he's getting no response from you.

What I really want to know is... Can we get a lvl 1 GM Helmet(JUST the helmet) to glamour? Bucket(kinda) helmets ftw!

Yeah I seem to find the GMs in FFXI being more active than in FFXIV1.0/ARR

I remember people being whisked away by GMs from in front of me when they cheated in burning circles or when they were griefing. Botters and hackers also disappeared very very quickly. This was even when FFXI had all it's servers (31 servers?) active.

On the other hand, players seem to have a freer rein over here. I don't remember ever chatting with a GM ingame or seeing them walk around in town. All the griefers in df would have been thrown into Mordion Goal while they were still in the middle of their acts, were this FFXI.

Perhaps GMs could make their presence more pronounced ingame? That way people will feel that things are being done to bots/RMT/griefers.
