Beast Tribe Allowances Not Resetting

Time: It started around 8/2/14 I believe, but I can't recall exactly
Frequency: Has not changed since it started

Class/Level: 50 BLM/WHM/BRD/SCH/DRG/, 21 GSM, 16 WVR
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: It's been well over a week so I can't recall the exact time this happened
Area and coordinates: North Shroud, Ehcatl, (24, 23)
Steps:
1. I did the dailies as usual
2. The next day when I came back, it stated that I had no Allowances
3. I waited another day figuring it might sort itself out, but I still had no Allowances.
4. This was the first time I'd even done the Beast Tribe quests, so it is not possible that I could've used my Allowances on anything other than the Ehcatl quests.
5. I opened up tickets in-game reporting the Bug several times with no response.
6. Without getting a response for over a week, I gave up trying to report it that way, and now I'm leaving my report here where I hope it's seen and I can get this sorted out.

That was one of the first things I made sure of. I completed them all, and yet I still have no allowances.

I was unaware it was asking for *all* of the classes I have. Obviously I'm aware that you cannot complete the Ixali Dailies as a Disciple of Magic or War. I'll be sure to fix that in the post above.
