Steps:
1. I logged in after the new patch 2.3 was released and I noticed that my Unicorn mount was missing.
2. Im a level 50 White Mage and I already did the quest to get the Unicorn mount.
2. The quest is showing as completed on the journal.
3. Im missing the mount. The Unicorn Whistle is no where to be found. I checked my inventory, my Free Company Bank and all 3 of my Retainers.
4. Im sure that the item has not been discarded. I do not discard items. Also a message appears before you decide to discard an item to let you know that the item is going to be deleted.
5 .I've contacted the GMs in game, I called the Square Enix customer support line and send and email out via my computer and through the game.
