What happened to report spam?

Also the new tactic the RMT are using to add you to your friend's list so you cannot block them until you clear them out of the friends list is ANNOYING AS ABSOLUTE HELL! Is there anyway to prevent this...like an option or a requirement to hit lvl 5 or something before you can add friends but players who've played a while can add lvl 1 people to their friends list with no restrictions?

If you change your status to Busy they will be unable to both /tell you and send Friend request. That's whay you might have noticed recently many people running around in Busy status ...

I have a lot of friends who contact me through tell though, so that's a major inconvenience for me especially if i have to adjust how i play to get away from someone breaking the rules in the first place. Don't get me wrong i considered it, but..meh.
