What happened to report spam?

I remember reading in one of the letters to the developers they where considering adding a "Report Spam" to the right click menu for chat names. Please tell me where has this option gone?!

This way, those like me who fill our Black list and we have to go through and clear it all out so we can ignore the next 150 of them. When I have to do this, i have to go through ALL of them and remove them, and reblock them as it keeps coming. The issue is I tend to unblock actually players who I black list because they are offensive, but not in a way I can report them to SE. This causes a major inconvenience to me, having to clear out nearly 200 by manual clicking them off just to redo this again. There should be a second list made just for RMT that Automatically will report that individual for RMT activities. This will allow SE to investigate this much more quickly, get the RMT banned more quickly, and allow more actual players to come in and enjoy the game.

Also the new tactic the RMT are using to add you to your friend's list so you cannot block them until you clear them out of the friends list is ANNOYING AS ABSOLUTE HELL! Is there anyway to prevent this...like an option or a requirement to hit lvl 5 or something before you can add friends but players who've played a while can add lvl 1 people to their friends list with no restrictions?

I'll support this and remind people of a thread I made a while back asking for this. I agree that the devs should have delivered something along the lines of Report for Spam by now. It's annoying enough to have RMT send you tells but now they also send friend requests to keep you from blacklisting them.

If you change your status to Busy they will be unable to both /tell you and send Friend request. That's whay you might have noticed recently many people running around in Busy status ...

I have a lot of friends who contact me through tell though, so that's a major inconvenience for me especially if i have to adjust how i play to get away from someone breaking the rules in the first place. Don't get me wrong i considered it, but..meh.

I would also like an easy report feature for RMT tells. I would prefer not to put on busy status so I can have conversations with my friends and FC mates. It's a workaround, I agree, but a very inconvenient one.
