Ugh! Party Finder is used to match you up with players that fit your criteria and are interested in the run, hence segregation. Want to set a requirement of i110? That is entirely your choice. Want to require specific roles for the raid? Players are going to get left out. I know the term segregation has negative connotations, and shame on the person for such a loaded word choice. But being able to recruit players that fit your criteria is what makes PF useful.
