The trend I'm starting to notice with the people against such a feature are those who are clearly not proactive. If you're going to be reactive and expect other players to do the work for you, you will not get very far in this game or life in general.

There's a reason why the people are able to clear end-game content. They made the effort to learn and wipe for hours till they mastered the fights. I don't see what's stopping new players from the doing the same.

Go network with other new players who are currently in the same boat that want to down similar content. It's not hard. There's also written guides and videos online from various players that outline how to do the fight. However, you still have to make the effort to go into the instance and learn each phase that is outlined in these written guides or videos. By making an effort to learn the content, you will be doing yourself a favor when you want to farm it - since you won't look clueless and get booted from the party.

Joining a party when you have no knowledge of the instance that clearly says FARM PARTY or WEEKLY CLEAR PARTY (PREVIOUS WINNERS ONLY) is just asking to be blacklisted. Keep in mind each time you do this, the number of players who will potentially blacklist or boot you in the future will multiply. It will start off as 7 players, then 14, then 28, etc.

TLDR: Don't rely on other people to hold your hand because you're lazy or don't want to make an effort to learn via LEARNING or PROGRESS PARTIES. Be proactive not reactive son!

100% this. If you want to learn Coil, taking some damn initiative and start learning parties. How the hell do you think most players figured out coil or started their statics? Originally our group of FC mates were 4/8 so we had to add pugs and create learning groups to figure the fight out for T6 and T7. We failed over and over until we got the damn fight down and cleared it. Now we added some new comers, including people we met while setting up learning/clear parties and have a full group going in most of the time. It just takes initiative.
