What part aren't you comprehending? If I want a farm only group, I do not want to have to teach someone the fight and wipe over and over just cause someone else wants to learn the fight. That's what learning parties are for, not farming parties. What is wrong with new people? They they get ebola or something? Why not help them learn and if you are lucky you can carry them. Welcome new people with open arms and have a good time helping them. And in doing so you help build the community and help the game. Stop with the mentality of rushing thru content and everyone else is just a speed bump for you between straight line between points A and B.
Learning to farm is also learning. I've seen farming parties wipe over and over with people that all cleared and did not get the "100 myth" bonus message. I've also seen people 1-shot T5 with a "new guy" (not really new after they've been trying for weeks) and got the new guy a clear.
The "clear" indicator is not a clear indicator for whether your party will wipe or not during a farm party session. You are not comprehending that reality is as black and white as you wish it to be by saying things like "farm party". The correct attitude to take is to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and help them learn. A quick clear is nice, but that is the bonus reward. The default expectation should be multiple wipes without clears.
If you really want to farm, form your static, have it filled out, and don't expect some kind samaritan come fill out that final spot to help you get you your quick run. And usually this is a tank or healer that is supposed to magically show up and help you for next to nothing. This is really is entitlement mindset that says I am entitled to quick clear runs.
I think it is only fair the in exchange for a chance to getting someone that is experienced, you also have a chance to get someone that is learning. NO one should be entitled to have their cake and eat it too. That is not fair to anyone.
