Please add clearance condition to Group Finder

Party Finder is meant for those who wish to stipulate the sort of players they want to play with. Currently Party Finder has no safeguards against liars.

That is what this topic is about, the need to be able to filter out deceptive players. Sorry but this is probably one of the best ideas to be mentioned in awhile.

If you're not a liar, you shouldn't have any issue with it. There will ALWAYS be learning groups, there will ALWAYS be progression groups, why should the farm parties be crapped on, why are you defending deceitful people?

There's no harm in having a checkbox that guarantees everyone in the party has at least 1 clear, heck make it variable, you can check it off for "1 clear" or "10 clears".

Or just make it considered harassment. Like Bayohne has already stated on the record is the case for ignoring a party's loot rules.

isnt PF meant for that ?? why people want to change something that works fine ? calling oneself *good* doesnt make it a true statement. I see that everyday in Levi and more then not those that call themselves PRO are the first to fall and the first to leave after one whipe because of them, so what then ?

This game has other things to adjust that are far more problematic then this of a single button...just because people are lazy to make their own party. The only advantage is this of having access to more people but is all relative, there are generally enough people in your server that call themselves PRO to make up a PF, no need to add anything on DF.

oh now makes more sense, and is totally silly as well.. just state it adding that button or not wont change anything anyeon can join and say they are pro, even if they arent

People already ignore the Partyfinder checkboxes to begin with. Until they implement a way to force people to stay in a "farm group" for "Multiple runs for the loot", they should not implement the OP's suggestion, either.

Well this option would work, because it would check if the person joining had cleared or not and if they haven't, prevent them from joining.

Still a small hole in the idea. If someone gets carried they can bypass that. But I believe this wouldn't occur so much.

If you haven't cleared the content, you are not on "farm" status, and should not be joining farms.

There's no valid argument to the contrary. You do not know the content well enough to farm it because you haven't even cleared it, maybe you ARE an outlier and beyond perfection with your personal skills, it's too bad that doesn't mean jack when you have nothing to back it up with. Exceptions to rules are exceptions for a reason, and if you keep expecting to see the exception or be the exception, your life will be FULL of disappointment. The rule is the rule for a reason.

If you are capable and know the fight, but don't have a clear, you join a KILL group. If you don't know the fight, you join a learning group or a progression group. If you can do the fight with your eyes closed and have multiple clears, you can join a FARM group.

Anything else is deception on some level, and you should honestly feel ashamed for acting in that manner.

The idea put forth in the OP is sound and honestly would improve things. The only one who could ever be hurt by this checkbox are LIARS. I think it's sufficient to say that liars don't deserve to be pandered to.
