Won't (obviously) be able to run it till reset but whatever I hear I'll use for other trials. Thanks for the information so far. (Fair debates, but please no derogatory terms)
Oh, also, I only have 844 gil to my name right now so crafted materials are out of the question haha
I could be wrong, but the main things I saw were:Here you go:

1) Big sluggish with switching hotbars/spells; You were often waiting between spells, particularly on cooldown rotations. I don't use a controller so I can't say if that can be improved upon
2) A few times I noticed you were waiting on a mana tick for T2. In that case you should always be casting, so putting a T1, or a B1/Scathe is better than waiting.
I'm fairly tired so i'll try and go over the video again with fresh eyes when I get a chance.

That bard sits on full mp for quite a long period of time. That mp could have been used for Foe Requiem instead.
Aside from that, you aren't connecting your spells efficiently, there's quite some down time between each spells. Especially when you're switching between R2 and L2. As is, the standard rotation would be the following:
L2 down
R2 cross
R2 cross proc
L2 down
R2 cross proc
R2 cross
L2 down
R2 cross
L2 right
R2 triangle
L2 down
That's a lot of shifting from L2 and R2, which may be the cause that slows you down so much. See if it's more comfortable to put your bread&butter skills on the same side (Fire, Fire III, Blizzard and Blizzard III specifically)

Aside from that, I noticed you're not utilising your procs for movement. As result, you'll have a bit of down time when you have to hit the towers. From the video I conclude you have tower duties on set 1 and 3. I didn't see set 1, however.
What you could do:
With set 1, stand in the outer ring of the tower circle (not in range to trigger, but in range to get the debuff). Have someone else trigger the tower for you. You can safely loiter around the tower, as long you're not triggering it. When you get a firestarter proc after you get your stack, use that proc and move back to the group (you can't cast anything anyway after the insta fire III)
With set 3, wait for Ballistic missiles. When you get a proc at this point and you're not bound or have to stand in there for the missile, use that proc to move towards the tower range again, loiter around and wait for proc. Same as set 1, actually.
With one bard and me ignoring the mechanics, I did about 465 once with no HA weapon. Scholar was using Selene as should be the case with any experienced Scholar.
For the first dread, I save my raging strikes till the dread respawns and triple flare it with X-Ether since the melee I had in that group was staying on the boss the entire fight so it made it possible for me to get 3 Flares off before the dread was dead.
The second dread I will only use flare if I have a thunder proc ready.
For the the third dread, it's the same as the first.
With Raging strikes on and not accounting for crits, triple flares do 10800 DMG in the span on 9 seconds.

I must admit that I do have mental latency when shifting the hotbars. The issue is, I get focused on the entire raids progress and I tend to drift off on continuing my spells in rapid succession (happens with almost every battle). I tried to hotbar my abilities in a single set but... overwriting 5 1/2 months of coding (mentally) kinda screwed up everything. I will be moving the less important actions on my hotbar for Thunder 1 however.
I cut out the beginning because... I completely erase my rotation. The Avatar was turned and hit our healer with something that hit me, so I used Fire, Blizzard 3, Thunder 3, Blizzard 3 and finally resumed.
I stand in the tower at first, then Manipulate to my group and continue from there.
I'm not well with juggling Procs for movement because I'm a gambler. "I might be able to get another Proc after this one in time". I will save a proc for those movements/
430 dps sustained, ilv 104 with 110 weapon. Spikes at 600+ at the start. No food, no pots, no flares on dread. I know I said this already but I'll say it again: SE needs to do something about this shit, casters are OP as fuck, no reason to play melee except for the LB. That caster buff was absolutely uncalled for; even in dummy fights, my BLM was already hitting pretty close to my MNK and the BLM is less geared. The fact that the BLM was ranged and had far superior AoE more than made up for the damage difference in dummy fights.
My MNK does around 480, ilv 110 with 115 weapon. No food, no pots, no DK whore. Same tower duty, turn 2,4, and 6. My BLM with same gear, ESPECIALLY the weapon, can easily do the same, as I know many of you 110 HA weapons BLMs out know this to be true. Only reason why my MNK is so geared is cuz it was my main and I geared it up before the caster buff. I don't even touch melee anymore.
This is even worse than the situation at the start of the game, the melee buff only affected some abilities that made up a portion of their damage due to their rotation but the BLM buff affected fire and fire 3, which makes up like 80-90% of their damage cuz that's all the spam. Despite all the crying about how melee needed a buff at the beginning, casters got a bigger buff in the end, which makes no sense.

Havent I already called you out on not having blm leveled?my BLM was already hitting pretty close to my MNK and the BLM is less geared. The fact that the BLM was ranged and had far superior AoE more than made up for the damage difference in dummy fights.

No matter, the drg/monk guy in my static out dpses me (on monk) it isnt uncommon for him to be at or around 500-510 when the best I've ever mustered is 496... and let me tell you 490+ can be hard to muster where as he is much much more consistent.
Before you scream and complain about job balance, be aware that you are not top level play.
and balance should NEVER be adjusted to anything other than top level play for any game, thats a good way to really screw balance up in general.
the biggest balance disparity atm is actually monk to dragoon, a case can be made with drg being inferior to monk currently.
