People using frontlines to upgrade relic causing inbalence

In the recent 2.38 patch they added a new way to upgrade relic to i115, because of this people only want to be their main class in Frontlines. This is causing an even bigger gap in the amount of healers immortal flames had. Today I have seen 1 healer in a 24 man alliance, which is not surprising since there are no healer guilds in Uldah and a lot of people's main are the class are what they started as, which sees Flames having a lot of Monks and Paladins. People used to get around this to an extent with changing jobs but since the new way of upgrading relic this is going to be impossible.

I would much rather do a frontlines in a smaller alliance where jobs are a criteria like in PVE, such is 2 healers 2 tanks and 4 dps being mandatory, than do it with such a massive handicap to lose almost every time feeling ashamed to be a flame.

Frontlines has been out for quite a while now and in my opinion not only do jobs need to be balanced more the alliances need to be fairer.
