Welcome to the Lindblum Server my suggestion would be to also try eorzeapedia.com too for any shout outs for LSs looking for members. Getting a good LS is tricky but partying with people is good way to start if you have not already tried it. it may take a while be not afraid to help people too with a Cure here and there.
