Chocobo not accessable after changing FC

Hello everyone.
A friend of mine changed her freecompany recently but her chocobo is unaccessable her chocobo was in the stables and when she got kicked from the FC she coulnd use her chocobo anymore or even get it back from the old stables of the FC she was in.

After joining a new FC we would think that the chocobo came with her in to the stables of her new FC but that didnt happen she also tried to put the chocobo in the new FC stables but that didnt work since she didnt have her chocobo.

Is there anyway to fix this?

AS far as I am aware. When you are removed from a FC, or leave a FC. your items from your room, including your Chocobo, are placed in storage somewhere. I'll do some searching, and be back.

Okay. Tell Her to look for the "Resident Caretaker" in the housing district. You should be able to retrieve housing items and the Chocobo from him/her.

She allready went there the same day but she said that the chocobo wasnt there and that she coulnd use it,
she is currently AFK but i am going to ask her again to be sure if she allready got it back or not.

oke i found out that the resident care taker didnt have the chocobo it was the Housing Enthusiast NPC anyway thx for your help anyway it made me search around the place even tho th resident cartaker wasnt the right anwser i still have found the soluttion
