VIT Xpot is useful to ensure you have more than enough HP to survive a hit. If for whatever reason I have to take a 7k without mitigation and I only have 7.5k max HP, popping a VIT xpot in advance can be beneficial. You get a temporarily better Lustrate out of it as well.

It's not essential but it's like having Thrill of Battle in a bottle.

Otherwise your only other med option is HQ STR Xpot.
