Haha sadly we'll have to wait till maintenance begins to get the full patch notes. Seems like there won't be any preliminary patch notes this time round.

Another thread just reminded me, but there's a possibility that they'll add new Grand Company Ranks in order for players to purchase a Personal House. Same thing they did with Free Company Housing to prevent people logging on and buying up the Plots instantly. People who are planning to log on right after the update and go out to ensure they get a House may want to consider that.

Which would take all of 2 minutes buying accessories off the Hunt vendor and handing them in for seals. It wouldn't slow anyone down.

Not quite, depends what new Rank it could require. Not all of the Rank ups were solely Seal grinds, some had a dungeon quest attached and if they want to slow down the purchase of Housing, they could really make the new Ranks require anything they want; Go Finish the new Hunting Log, it requires S Rank Hunts now.

I, for one, am looking forward to them increasing GC rank. Completing hunting logs, dungeons, etc. I just wish it won't require allied seals/hunts

Any idea how housing and marriage will work together? Personal housing is all well and good, but I would much rather share a house with my wife. And I mean 'share' as in we both own it and it is ours, not 'share' like in WildStar.

Still trying to find out what gear to bind since the green Ilvl 55 crafter stuff seems to take ages to bind. >.<

@Topic: If there is a patch in 2 days, how come there is no information out there? Is that normal for SE?

Don't worry about the greens any gear that's ilvl 45+ works you can actually get it from the vendors in Revanant toll.

I am already saving money for personal housing and my retainers have full inventory with housing stuff for (hopefully) my personal house because right after 2.38 I will only gather and craft to sell cheap housing equipment and it's crafting materials for increadibly high prices to special people

I just hope that we will truly get something like small fc houses as our personal houses - fingers crossed.

I bought a furnishing item hoping I could use it when personal housing comes. Then I stopped myself from buying more because I realized that I had not heard anywhere about the furniture/housing supplies/components/decorum being universal.
