Personal Housing Questions

I really wish that a Rep would pop in and just say it will be accessible to everyone (gil dependent) and that it cannot "sell out". We don't have to have every detail, but to know that would save everyone a lot of stress and sleep on patch-eve, especially those who cannot be around at log in time to do anything about it anyway.

Agreed about mostly needing to hear that (though I think we should get some of those other details too). It's past time to get some real answers here.

1) ##MOST IMPORTANT## Does personal housing use wards with a limited number of plots, or does it use unlimited individual instances, or something else?
2) What requirements have to be met in order to buy a personal home?
3) Do we buy a house, or buy a plot of land and build a house?
4) Are there different size options on personal houses, and what are they?
5) What are the prices?
6) Can we have a chocobo stable there?

We should have been given clear answers to all of those by now. But so far as I've seen, the only thing they've actually answered is that we can have a garden.
