Personal Housing Questions

So with 2.38 coming in two-three weeks, I've been trying to plan out what I want to use my personal house for vs. my FC room, but it's a bit hard since there's still so little info about it. So, a few questions in case in case the mods or devs are watching;

- Will the cost still be around 850k or is the price being raised?
- Will player housing have wards, or will it be instanced?
- Will player housing occupy the same wards as FC housing, or will it have separate wards altogether?
- Will wards still be located in the Mist/Goblet/Beds, or will there be new wards in different areas? (Mor Dhona, Coerthas maybe?)
- How big will personal housing be? How does it compare to FC housing or FC rooms?
- Will personal housing have different sizes of houses available?
- At one point before housing was even released, it was stated that mannequins, "jukeboxes" to change the house music, bulletin boards, and more recently, the cutscene journal and armory storage were planned to be added as available furniture. Are there plans to add any of those items with this update? Or any new pieces of furniture that haven't been mentioned yet?

Any info that can be provided at this point would be welcome!

Well they do previews and talk about updates in the live letters, but that's usually a week before the update.

Regardless of the cost of personal housing, anything higher than free and you will see forums posts declaring that SE is locking players out of content.
Once said patch goes live also expect to see people decrying crafters as greedy mustache-twirling robber barons when the price of furniture temporarily goes thru the roof due to demand.

I also fully expect some things to remain FC only and people will throw a fit about that as well because they feel they should get all the benefits of a Free Company w/o having to join one. Just wanted everyone to brace themselves for the flood of Q _Q

Follow-up: It's worse than I even imagined, I'm the only one I know that can even afford it. Also my furniture cash cow is looking a littler leaner than I'd hoped.

Yea, just would be nice for a small post on the lodestone saying whats coming up. We are two weeks out and I have no idea what to expect.

So true its not even funny. Its really not.

If SE makes the pricing too cheap, I will start QQing. Actually, I've mostly stopped doing that, SE will likely bend over for these people regardless of what I say anyways.
