Grace Period for Disconnections

Can we get some sort of window of time where we can log back on without going to the BACK of the queue after a disconnection? Either let us log back in and skip the queue within a 1-10m window of disconnecting, or just having some sort of priority queue system where you don't just get thrust to the back of the line. These 90k errors, all of them, are an absolutely terrifying concern while playing.

I understand high server loads. I play on Balmung, and this is nothing new. But today I've spent more than double the amount of time in queue than I have actually playing the game. I'm terrified every time my MSQ makes me do a duty, whether it's personal or group based. The risk of disconnecting while trying to load in or randomly in the middle is just so high right now, and if you do disconnect you go to the back of the queue.

This is something my friends and I were just talking about. Given a couple of us have disconnected right as we are loading in from getting through the queue the first time. Which depending on the time of day, it could be 2 hours of waiting to disconnect and then 3-4 hours more on top of that.

A small grace period would be great, especially for people who are instanced- as it pretty much spells the inability to complete that instance for them.

I don't mind waiting through the queue, it's to be expected, but it's the if something goes screwy you have to do all that again with no small window of reprieve.

It would be. I just sat in queue for two hours and forty-five minutes because of a 90001 error. That means today I have been in queue for a total of four hours and five minutes because of two 90k errors. That's pretty unacceptable. I'm fine with queues. I'm fine with disconnections. I'm not fine with that much time in queue because of disconnections.
