B... Not doing anything.. like your in Sleep Mode
C... Have a 2min time limit till next /tell to Ping.
If they use the same chime as FFXI it wouldnt be very annoying, I could have conversations for hours in tells, with multiple people and never get annoyed by it. Its more a helpful feature than annoying
