Why can't we have jobs with this level of depth and customization in FFXIV?

Its not really that similar to FFXIV at all.

From what I heard a lot of people that came from FFXI to FFXIV don't like the faster paced gameplay, as you can see in my video at one point the boss uses sleepga and the whms can curega everyone to wake people up because they are standing in back but it doesn't happen till like 30 seconds later. Similar to mog EX people are use to the FFXI style of WHM won't react fast enough to remove the many debuffs the mog randomly use like the charm, the aoe bemoogled debuff. I seen a lot of complaints about that fight because people didn't like the random abilities the mogs use.
