What is the max amount of stat points you can allocate to one stat? I believe that the most points you get during leveling is 30 (or fewer?) points, but how many of the 30 can I allocate to, say, VIT?

During 2.0, I allocated my PLD stats between STR and VIT. It needs to be more of the latter and less of the former, but with a 13/17 split, I'm wondering if it's worth the 10,000 seals to change it up.
